Abstract

أوضحت نَتائِجَ هذا البحثِ بأنّ المعاَملة الحراريةَ لسبيكة النحاس-قصدير المستخدمة في البحث بدرجة (900)º م لمدة (15) دقيقة ، مع التقسية  بالماءِ, ومن ثم إعادة التسخين بدرجة (600)ºم لمدة (3) ساعات, أعطت أفضل الخصائص الميكانيكيةِ ،المتضمنة على, مقاومة الشدّ، المتانة، قابلية التشكيل, بسبب البنية المجهرية الدقيقة والتوزيع المتجانس للأطوار ضمن أرضية التركيب, مما يقود إلى تأثير قوي على الخواص الميكانيكية.

The results of this research show that the heat treatment of the Copper-Tin alloy which used in this research with (900) °C at (15) min, with quenching in water, and reheating with (600) °C at (3) hours lead to best the mechanical properties, which include, tensile strength, toughness, Formability, because of a microstructure in which the fine phase is well dispersed uniformly in the matrix which leads to a remarkable reinforcement effect on mechanical properties.
